Residence Hall Application

A non-refundable Housing Confirmation Fee of $150 is due with the Havasu Residence Hall Application. Upon submission of the fully executed Havasu Residence Hall License Agreement, the $150 will be applied to the license fees for the academic year.
Depending upon payment plan, housing fees vary from $4,800 to $5,146 per Academic Year (August 15 – May 15) per student, based on double occupancy. Payment plans range from 4 to 9 installments.
Payment methods for the $150 Housing Confirmation Fee include cash, check, or money order made payable to Havasu Hospitality Partners, LLC. Payment methods for the license fees for the academic year vary based upon selected payment plan and include credit card options. Refer to the Havasu Residence Hall License Agreement for payment plan options and details.
Student move-in is August 18, 2012.
